Anon Optics Affiliate Program Terms
Welcome to the Anon Optics Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing participation in the program. These terms are designed to ensure clear, compliant, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
1. Program Overview
Anon provides a cohesive line of high-performance goggles, helmets, and MFI® face masks engineered for clarity, comfort, and seamless integration.
Affiliates earn commission on valid purchases made through approved Awin tracking links.
- Base Commission: 3%
- Cookie Window: 30 days
- Validation Period: 45 days
- Program Region: United States
2. Promotional Guidelines
To maintain brand integrity and compliance with our marketing standards:
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on or use Anon, Anon Optics, Burton, or related trademarks (including variations or misspellings) in any form of paid search advertising.
- Link directly to anonoptics.com from PPC ads.
- Promote on adult, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise age-restricted websites.
- Use coupon codes, offers, or promotions not provided through Awin.
- Misrepresent Anon products or use unapproved claims related to safety, performance, or technology.
Affiliates may:- Use approved creative assets, banners, and text links supplied within the Awin platform.
Create original content that accurately represents Anon’s products and brand voice when paired with approved links.
3. Creative and Content Use
- Only official Anon assets, logos, and product imagery provided via Awin may be used.
- Any additional creative concepts (e.g., social posts, video content, or imagery featuring Anon products) must align with Anon’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Affiliates may not alter, edit, or co-brand Anon creative without written permission.
4. Tracking and Commission Validation
- Commissions are paid only on approved sales.
- Orders that are canceled, returned, refunded, or otherwise deemed invalid will not qualify for commission.
- Commission is not awarded for transactions de-duplicated against Anon’s internal paid search, direct, or email marketing channels.
- The validation period for sales is 45 days.
5. Compliance
All affiliates must comply with:
- FTC guidelines for endorsements and affiliate disclosure.
- Applicable advertising, privacy, and data protection laws (including CCPA, GDPR, and COPPA where applicable).
- Awin’s Network Code of Conduct.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the program.
6. Communication
Affiliates will receive periodic program updates regarding:
- New products and technologies
- Promotional opportunities and seasonal campaigns
- Program policy changes
Communication will be managed through Awin or via the contact information on file.
7. Termination
Anon Optics reserves the right to remove or suspend affiliates at any time for:
- Non-compliance with these terms
- Inactivity or poor traffic quality
- Misleading or fraudulent activity
Affiliates may also choose to leave the program at any time through their Awin dashboard.
