Hazelwood Soap Company – Awin Affiliate Program Terms
1. Eligibility
⦿ The Hazelwood Soap Company Awin Affiliate Program is open to content publishers and influencers worldwide.
⦿ At this time, our program does not accept coupon or deal affiliates.
⦿ We reserve the right to review and approve all affiliate applications at our sole discretion.
2. Use of Materials and Trademarks
⦿ Approved affiliate partners are granted a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to use Hazelwood Soap Company’s logos, images, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products through the Awin affiliate program.
⦿ Affiliates may not alter Hazelwood Soap Company’s brand assets without prior written consent.
⦿ Hazelwood Soap Company may share, repost, or reproduce affiliate-generated content in our marketing materials, with appropriate credit to the content creator.
3. Confidentiality
⦿ Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed by Hazelwood Soap Company during their participation in the affiliate program.
⦿ This obligation remains in effect even after termination of the partnership.
4. Termination and Modification
⦿ Hazelwood Soap Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate’s participation at any time, without prior notice, if the affiliate’s conduct or content is deemed damaging, misleading, or inconsistent with our brand values.
⦿ We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before termination whenever possible.
⦿ Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
⦿ Hazelwood Soap Company reserves the right to modify these terms or any aspect of the affiliate offer at any time. Notice of material changes will be made available via Awin or our affiliate communications.
5. Limitation of Liability
⦿ Participation in the Hazelwood Soap Company affiliate program is at the affiliate’s own risk.
⦿ Hazelwood Soap Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of provided materials.
⦿ Nothing in these terms shall limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
