We are thrilled to partner with you to promote Authentic Beauty of Joseon, a premium Korean skincare brand. We are committed to ethical and transparent partnerships. By joining our program, you agree to adhere to the AWIN Publisher Terms and Conditions and the following program-specific terms. Failure to comply may result in commission reversal and/or removal from the program.
Program Focus: We look for publishers who can drive high-quality traffic interested in K-Beauty, historical Korean traditions, natural ingredients, and high-performance skincare products.
Compliance: All publishers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including consumer protection, data protection (GDPR/UK GDPR), and advertising standards (e.g., ASA in the UK, clearly disclosing affiliate links as required by the FTC/CMA).

PPC (Pay Per Click) / Search Engine Marketing
Strict Brand Bidding Policy
Brand Bidding is Strictly Prohibited: Publishers are NOT permitted to bid on our brand name or any variations/misspellings in any search engine (Google, Bing, etc.), including:
"Beauty of Joseon"
"BOJ Europe"
"Authentic Beauty of Joseon"
Any combination of the brand name + generic terms (e.g., "Beauty of Joseon discount," "BOJ reviews")
Misspellings (e.g., "Joseon beauty," "Josen")
Negative Keywords: All publishers must add our brand names (as listed above) and common misspellings to their negative keyword lists immediately upon acceptance.
Direct Linking: Direct linking from any paid search advertisement to the BOJ Europe Limited website is prohibited.
Generic Bidding: Bidding on generic, non-brand keywords (e.g., "best Korean sunscreen UK," "skincare for sensitive skin") is generally permitted, provided you do not violate the brand bidding policy and ensure the ad copy is not misleading.
Consequences of Breach: Any publisher found violating this PPC policy will have their commissions set to zero and may be immediately suspended or removed from the program.
Transactions
Default Commission Rate: 10% on the net transaction value (excluding VAT, shipping, and discounts).
Validation Period: Transactions will be locked and approved after a 14 day validation period. This allows time for returns and cancellations.
Declined Transactions: Commissions will be declined for:
Cancelled, fraudulent, or duplicated orders.
Orders that are returned or refunded.
Orders placed using unapproved voucher codes (see Voucher Code Policy).
Sales generated from breach of these terms.
Product Exclusions: No products are currently excluded from commission.
Cookie Period: 30 days.
Branding
Brand Assets: Publishers must only use the creatives, logos, and product images provided via the AWIN platform or by the Affiliate Manager. You may not alter or modify these assets without prior written consent.
Tone of Voice: All promotional content must maintain a premium, authentic, and high-quality tone consistent with the Beauty of Joseon brand image. Content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and not make unverified or exaggerated claims about product benefits.
Social Media Handles: Publishers are not permitted to create or use social media handles, pages, or URLs that include "Beauty of Joseon," "BOJ Europe," or close misspellings, in a way that suggests they are the official brand account.
Publishers
Voucher Code Policy:
Publishers may only promote voucher/discount codes that have been officially provided to them directly through the AWIN platform or by the Affiliate Manager.
Commissions will be declined for sales where a customer uses an unapproved or expired code, including codes intended for other channels (e.g., email sign-up, social influencers, internal promotions).
Publishers must clearly display the expiration date of all codes. Expired codes must be removed immediately or explicitly marked as expired.
Incentivized/Loyalty Sites: Cashback, loyalty, and incentivized traffic publishers are welcome to apply, but they must adhere to all terms, especially the Voucher Code Policy.
Sub-Networks: Sub-networks are required to be completely transparent about the traffic sources/publishers driving sales. Non-transparent sub-networks will be declined.
Prohibited Content: We do not accept publishers whose sites contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content, or who engage in practices like cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or unapproved software downloads.
