Algeos Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
Important Programme Notices
Algeos.com does not partner with affiliates offering any form of consumer credit, “buy now pay later” schemes, financial lending, or subnetworks promoting these services.
If your website or platform provides credit-based purchase options, please do not apply, as your application will be declined.
No Unauthorised Display Advertising
Affiliates must not run display ads impersonating Algeos, Algeos branding, or Algeos product pages unless written approval has been given in advance.
Order Tracking & Commission Validation
Standard Online Orders
- Commission is paid only on orders successfully tracked and recorded within Awin.
- Commission is validated after 28 days, ensuring goods are not returned or cancelled.
- Commission is paid only on eligible products (see exclusions below).

Special-order items not fulfilled by Algeos
Products purchased by the affiliate for resale
- Any order where a prohibited voucher is used
Algeos reserves the right to decline transactions flagged as high-risk, fraudulent, or suspicious.
Voucher Code Use
- Affiliates may only promote voucher codes provided directly via the Algeos Affiliate Programme on Awin.
- Codes found on third-party websites, staff-only codes, and restricted partner codes must not be used.
- Using unauthorised or expired voucher codes may result in commission reversal and programme suspension.
- Voucher codes may contain product, brand, or category exclusions — these must be honoured by the affiliate.
- Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with cashback unless explicitly allowed.
Cashback Affiliates
- Cashback is not paid on orders placed for resale (including Amazon sellers, eBay traders, bulk purchasers, etc.).
- Orders placed using voucher codes will not be eligible for cashback unless clearly stated.
- Algeos may apply additional fraud-prevention conditions for cashback/reward publishers.
Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates must respect all Algeos intellectual property, including:
- trademarks and logos
- product names
- photography and creative assets
- descriptions, guides, and clinical content
Offline use (e.g., print, leaflets, press) requires draft approval in advance.
Prohibited Keywords (Brand & Extended Brand)
Affiliates may not bid on, or appear for ads containing:
- Algeos
- Algeos.com
- Slimflex
- Podotech
- Diaped
- Cosyfeet (if sold)
- Physioworx
- Silipos
- ANY Algeos-owned or distributed brands
- Misspellings or variations of these terms
Additional PPC Rules
- No PPC activity may suggest a relationship, endorsement, or affiliation beyond Awin tracking.
Violation may result in immediate programme suspension.
Domain Name Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- Register domains similar or confusingly similar to “Algeos”
- Use misspellings or brand-typed variations
- Host masked URLs or frames replicating Algeos.com
- Use Algeos domains for PPC redirection
Product Feed
- A product data feed is available via Awin with daily updates.
- Affiliates must make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product availability accurate.
- Custom feed requirements can be discussed with the Algeos affiliate team.
- Affiliates must not promote discontinued products or legacy pricing.
