2. Eligibility
To participate in the Lumie Affiliate Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with Lumie’s brand values and target audience. Lumie reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Upon approval, you will receive unique affiliate links to promote Lumie products. These links enable accurate tracking of referrals and sales. It is your responsibility to ensure that links are implemented correctly and comply with Lumie’s promotional guidelines.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on sales generated by customers who click on their unique affiliate links and make a purchase on the Lumie website. Commission rates are based on the total net order value (excluding VAT, shipping, and discounts). Lumie reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.
Commission Payment: Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of £50 (or local equivalent). Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on your chosen payment method. Commissions are approved only after the customer’s return and cancellation period has expired.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in any of the following:
Fraudulent Activity: Artificially inflating sales or clicks, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or automated traffic.
Misleading Content: Promoting Lumie products using false, exaggerated, or unverified claims.
Inappropriate Advertising: Publishing affiliate links on websites or platforms containing offensive, adult, or illegal content.
Brand Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Lumie brand terms, misspellings, or variations in paid search or shopping ads.
Unapproved Discounts or Vouchers: Only official Lumie promotions and voucher codes provided through the affiliate platform may be used.
Discount/Voucher Site Promotion: Affiliates are not permitted to promote Lumie on coupon, voucher, discount-code, promo-code, or deal-aggregator websites. Lumie-related discount codes may not be published, distributed, or used on such platforms under any circumstances.
6. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by providing written notice. Lumie reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without prior notice if any terms are breached or if activities are deemed harmful to the brand.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Lumie trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Lumie Affiliate Programme. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Lumie.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lumie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme, including loss of revenue or business. Lumie’s total liability will not exceed the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the three-month period immediately preceding the claim.
9. Privacy Policy
Participation in the Lumie Affiliate Programme is subject to Lumie’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By joining the programme, affiliates consent to the processing of their data as described in the policy.
10. Amendments
Lumie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate platform. Continued participation following such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to the Lumie Affiliate Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
