4. Commissions
Affiliates receive a 10% commission on sales generated by customers who click on their unique affiliate link and make a purchase on the Lumie website. Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT, delivery charges, and discounts). Lumie reserves the right to change commission rates at any time.
Commission Payments:
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold of £50 (or local equivalent). Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the affiliate's chosen method. Commissions are approved only after the customer's return and cancellation period has expired.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:
Fraudulent activity: Artificially inflating sales or clicks (click fraud, cookie stuffing, automated traffic, etc.).
Misleading content: Promoting Lumie products using false, exaggerated, or unverified claims.
Inappropriate advertising: Displaying affiliate links on sites or platforms containing offensive, adult, or illegal content.
Brand bidding: Bidding on the Lumie brand terms, its misspellings, or variations in paid search campaigns or shopping ads is prohibited.
Unauthorized discounts: Only official promotions and codes provided via the affiliate platform may be used.
Discount/Voucher Site Promotion: Affiliates are not permitted to promote Lumie on coupon, voucher, discount-code, promo-code, or deal-aggregator websites. Lumie-related discount codes may not be published, distributed, or listed on such platforms under any circumstances.
6. Duration and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by written notice. Lumie reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without notice in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or activities deemed detrimental to the brand.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates receive a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Lumie's approved trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Lumie Affiliate Program. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Lumie.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lumie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including loss of income or business. Lumie's total liability shall not exceed the total amount of commissions earned by the affiliate during the three months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy Policy
Participation in the Lumie Affiliate Program is subject to Lumie's Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By joining the program, affiliates consent to the processing of their data as described in this policy.
10. Modifications
Lumie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be communicated to affiliates via email or the affiliate platform. Continued participation in the program after notification will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Applicable Law
