1. Brand Voice & Tone
Voice: Confident, real, and wellness-focused — we empower people to live better through functional coffee.
Tone: Friendly, positive, and credible. Avoid exaggerated claims or “miracle product” language.
Tag Line: Coffee with benefits. Real ones.
Do:
“Incredibrew coffee pods combine premium coffee with functional ingredients to help you feel your best.”
Don’t:
“Incredibrew will make you lose weight overnight.”
“The strongest coffee on earth!”
2. Brand Name & Usage
Always spell and capitalize correctly: Incredibrew (one word, capital “I”).
Do not alter, abbreviate, or use variations (e.g., “Incredi-brew,” “Incredible Brew”).
Do not use the brand name in your domain name, social handles, or display URLs without written approval.
Do not use the brand name in PPC keywords, ad titles, or descriptions (brand bidding is prohibited).
3. Logos & Creative Assets
You can access approved creative in our affiliate media kit (to be linked or emailed to affiliates).
Only use approved logos and product images provided by Incredibrew.
Do not crop, stretch, recolor, or overlay text on the logo.
Do not combine the logo with other brands or promotional offers (e.g., “Incredibrew x YourSite”).
Product packaging must be shown accurately and unaltered.
4. Messaging Claims & Compliance
Do not make medical, disease, or unverified health claims.
✅ Acceptable: “Supports energy and focus.”
❌ Not acceptable: “Cures fatigue” or “Prevents illness.”
Avoid words like “guaranteed,” “magic,” “instant,” “miracle,” or anything that overpromises results.
Any wellness claims must align with those found on our packaging or website.
Always disclose affiliate relationships clearly, following FTC guidelines (e.g., “As an Incredibrew affiliate, I may earn a commission on qualifying purchases.”).
5. Content & Placement Rules
Allowed placements: blogs, social media, email newsletters, video reviews, and lifestyle/fitness content.
Not allowed: coupon-only sites, adware, incentivized traffic, or unapproved cashback programs.
No placement on adult, political, gambling, or controversial content.
All promotions must be brand-safe, family-friendly, and aligned with wellness and lifestyle values.
6. Social Media Guidelines
Always tag @incredibrewcoffee where applicable.
Use branded hashtags when relevant:

Encourage genuine experiences — real lifestyle, real coffee, real benefits.
Avoid overuse of filters or visuals that misrepresent product color, texture, or packaging.
7. Approval & Violations
Incredibrew reserves the right to remove affiliates or withhold commissions for any violations of brand or paid search policy.
Repeat offenders may be permanently removed from the program.
When in doubt — ask before posting or promoting. We love supporting affiliates who stay on brand!!!
