- To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Enrollment in the Affiliate Program signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and publishers are required to abide by them.
- Breach of these terms may lead to removal from the Affiliate Program and the reversal of commissions, at our discretion.
Discounts
- We encourage publishers to reach out to us for exclusive discount codes and additional incentives.
- Affiliate codes can generally be combined with other discounts and promotions (e.g., the welcome offer), but exceptions may apply at our discretion.
- Publishers are only permitted to promote codes provided through our affiliate program, either via our account or directly from our Affiliate Manager.
- We reserve the right to withhold commission payments if unauthorized voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
- Voucher codes issued with an expiry date must clearly display this information, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired once the date has passed.
- Vitalized may occasionally offer exclusive deals to certain partners. Please respect the exclusivity of these codes and do not promote unique codes not assigned to you.
- You are not allowed to use your own discount code. Any misuse will not be tolerated.

- We have a 30-day return policy, and a 100-day return policy for unopened bottles.

Compliance
- Since Vitalized operates in a regulated industry, publishers agree to follow the relevant regulations and ensure their marketing and affiliate promotional activities are compliant.
- As a publisher, you must clearly indicate to consumers when your content includes advertising material, ensuring compliance with local laws and standards.
- It is your sole responsibility to adhere to local income and taxation rules.
Content
- Publishers are prohibited from registering the Vitalized brand or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes combinations such as the brand name with generic words or phrases and vice versa.
- You are not allowed to make any claims in the name of Vitalized, or suggest that you are acting as a representative of the company. You are allowed to speak about the brand.
- By joining our program, you will have access to our creative materials, such as banners. Vitalized's logos and other materials cannot be altered. Use of product images is free of charge, but you will not acquire any rights to these materials.
- Your website must not contain any false, inaccurate, defamatory or misleading statements about Vitalized, its partners, or providers. Additionally, you must not promote our program in inappropriate environments or alongside inappropriate themes.
Breach of terms
- Misuse of the Affiliate Program will equal a breach of terms. Vitalized reserves the right to terminate your account and exclude you from the Affiliate Program at any time and without prior notice.
- If termination occurs, affiliates must promptly remove the following from their platforms: all references to Vitalized; any creative materials or text mentioning Vitalized; any links directing to the Vitalized website.
- If a breach were to happen, you will cease to be entitled to receive commissions or you may be required to pay back any commissions.
Personal data
- Publishers are not permitted to access or use any personally identifiable information or specific data provided by customers.
