1. General
By joining the Henrik Vibskov Boutique affiliate program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Awin Publisher Agreement. Affiliates must promote Henrik Vibskov Boutique in a way that reflects our brand’s identity, values, and artistic integrity.
2. Commission
Standard commission: 10% per valid sale
Cookie duration: 30 days
No commission will be paid for:
- Cancelled or returned orders
- Orders using unauthorized or expired discount codes
- Transactions that are not tracked or attributed through the Awin network
- Orders placed by the affiliate themselves
Henrik Vibskov Boutique reserves the right to review and adjust commissions for fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant transactions.
3. Paid Search & Brand Protection
Affiliates must not bid on Henrik Vibskov Boutique brand terms or variations (e.g. Henrik Vibskov, Henrik Vibskov Boutique, Henrik Vibskov shop, Henrik Vibskov store, Henrik Vibskov butik).
Affiliates must not include brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, or domain names.
Direct linking to Henrik Vibskov Boutique from paid search ads is prohibited.
Bidding on misspellings or combinations with brand-related terms (e.g. “Henrik Vibskov sale”, “Henrik Vibskov discount”) is not allowed.
Any activity that could mislead users into believing an affiliate is the official Henrik Vibskov Boutique is prohibited.
4. Content & Promotion Rules
Affiliates may not copy, scrape, crawl, or systematically extract any data, text, images, product feeds, or metadata from the Henrik Vibskov Boutique website or related digital platforms.
Use of automated tools or bots for page scraping or data harvesting is strictly forbidden.
Affiliates must only use official product feeds, images, and banners provided through Awin or upon written approval.
Content must not misrepresent pricing, availability, or brand affiliation.
Only authorized discount codes provided through the affiliate program may be promoted.
Misleading tactics, spam, pop-ups, cookie stuffing, or forced clicks are prohibited.
Toolbars, browser extensions, and incentivized traffic sources require prior written approval.
5. SEO & Search Engine Placement
Affiliates must not create websites, subdomains, or social media handles implying affiliation or ownership by Henrik Vibskov Boutique.
Use of cloaking, doorway pages, or redirects that manipulate search engine results is prohibited.
Affiliates must not attempt to outrank the official Henrik Vibskov Boutique website in organic search by targeting our brand name or close variants.
6. Compliance & Brand Representation
Affiliates must ensure that all content aligns with Henrik Vibskov Boutique’s aesthetic, tone, and creative direction.
Promotion should focus on design, craftsmanship, and creativity, not aggressive discounting or price competition.
All promotional activity must comply with relevant advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws.
Affiliates must clearly disclose the use of affiliate links in compliance with IAB and local disclosure guidelines.
7. Termination
Henrik Vibskov Boutique reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate partnership at any time for breach of these terms, misuse of brand assets, or activity that could damage the brand’s reputation.
