AXOBOTANICA Affiliate Branding & Compliance Guidelines
I. Brand Voice & Compliance
- FTC Disclosure: All promotions MUST clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship using #ad, #sponsored, or #paidpartnership in all initial social media posts, videos, and blog content.
- Health Claims (FDA/FTC): Affiliates MAY NOT make any unsubstantiated health claims. Prohibited claims include, but are not limited to: claims of cure, treatment, or mitigation of any disease; guaranteeing specific weight loss results; or using exaggerated scientific language (e.g., "clinically proven" unless provided by the Brand).
- Physician Credibility: When referencing the physician founder, use the exact approved title: "Physician-Formulated." Do not create unauthorized testimonials or imply the founder personally endorses a specific post.
- Tone: Maintain a professional, educational, and scientifically focused tone. Avoid sensationalism, clickbait, or fear-based messaging.
II. Visual Assets
- Asset Source: Only use creative materials provided in the Awin Creative Library (banners, videos, imagery). Do not use screenshots, low-resolution images, or alter the product packaging/logo.
- Logo: The logo must not be distorted, stretched, or placed on busy backgrounds that affect readability. Use the provided high-resolution files only.
- Color: Our black is #232323 and white is #ffffff
III. Content Use
Content Use: All text, slogans, and product descriptions must be sourced directly from the Axobotanica product page or the provided Awin Data Feed/Creative.
Pre-Approval: For high-volume placements, dedicated email marketing, or sponsored posts, content pre-approval by the Affiliate Manager is mandatory.
