This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the TT Nature Affiliate Programme (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”).

By joining our programme, you agree to comply with the following conditions:

1. Enrolment in the Affiliate Programme

Submit your affiliate application through our authorised partner platform (Awin or ShareASale).
We review all applications within 1–2 business days and reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.

Websites that promote illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content, or that make false or misleading product claims, will be rejected immediately.

2. Commission & Payment

Standard commission rate: 8% per valid sale.

30-day cookie duration applies to all referrals.

Payments are processed automatically every 30 days through the platform.

Commissions are earned only on legitimate customer purchases (no self-orders).

3. Use of Promotional Materials

You may use official banners, links, and images provided by TT Nature only.
Any alteration, imitation, or misuse of TT Nature trademarks, logos, or marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

4. PPC & Brand Bidding Rules

Affiliates may not bid on TT Nature brand or trademarked terms (including variations or misspellings).
Bidding on competitor brand keywords is allowed, but your ads must not mislead users.

5. Spam & Email Policy

Unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Content & Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content complies with FTC disclosure requirements, copyright laws, and advertising standards.

7. Policies and Pricing

All customers who purchase through your affiliate link are deemed customers of TT Nature.
Pricing, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

8. Termination

TT Nature reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms or engages in deceptive or unethical practices.

9. Licence

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use TT Nature’s logos and assets solely for promotional purposes within the programme’s guidelines.
