By joining the NicheFragrance.nl affiliate program on Awin, you agree to comply with the following terms, in addition to the standard Awin Publisher Terms. Non-compliance may result in commission reversal, program suspension, or termination.
1. Commission Structure & Eligibility:
PPC Promotion: Publishers who promote us via PPC will be entitled to full commission.
Direct Linking (Search Engines): Publishers who directly link to our website from search engines will receive full commission.
Brand Name in Display URL: Publishers who use our brand name in their display URL will receive full commission.
Brand Name in Paid Search Title & Description: Publishers who use our brand name in their paid search title and description will receive full commission.
Brand Name in Negative Keyword List: Publishers who add our brand name into their negative keyword list will receive full commission.
Brand Name Variations as Search Keywords: Publishers who display their ads when our brand name or variations of our brand name are entered as search keywords (e.g., vodafone, voda fone) will receive full commission.
Brand Name Misspellings as Search Keywords: Publishers who display their ads when misspellings of our brand name are entered as search keywords (e.g., vodafone) will receive full commission.
Brand Name + Another Word as Search Keywords: Publishers who display their ads when our brand name and another word are entered as search keywords (e.g., Vodafone Mobile) will receive full commission.
2. Commission Calculation:
The transaction value that commissions are paid on will include VAT / sales tax.
The transaction value that commissions are paid on will NOT include delivery charges.
The transaction value that commissions are paid on will NOT include credit card fees.
The transaction value that commissions are paid on will NOT include gift wrapping or other service charges.
Commissions will NOT be paid out on some product categories. (Please refer to specific product category guidelines for exclusions, if any.)
3. Reasons for Declined Commissions:
Commissions will be declined for transactions that fall under the following conditions:
Order cancelled
Item was returned
Customer failed credit check
Breach of programme terms and conditions
Duplicate order
Item was out of stock
Other reasons (Please refer to specific program guidelines for details on other potential reasons for decline.)
4. Program Updates & Website Availability:
Changes to Terms & Conditions: We will provide publishers with 7 days notice if there are any changes to the terms and conditions of your publisher programme.
Website Unavailability: We will provide publishers with 7 days notice if we are updating our website and there is a possibility of the site being unavailable..
