Onze Montréal Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between the Advertiser (Onze Montréal) and the Publisher (affiliate/partner) participating in the Advertiser’s affiliate program through the Awin Access platform. By joining the program, the Publisher agrees to these Terms.
2. Program Participation
All affiliate activity must take place through the Awin Access platform.
Publishers must apply and be approved before promoting Onze Montréal’s products.
Onze Montréal reserves the right to decline or remove any Publisher at its sole discretion, particularly if the Publisher’s content, audience, or promotional practices are not aligned with Onze Montréal’s brand values and standards.
3. Promotion Rules
Publishers may only use approved links, banners, product feeds, and creative materials provided through Awin.
Modifying creative without prior written approval is prohibited.
Affiliates may not:
Make misleading claims, use false advertising, or engage in deceptive practices.
Use Onze Montréal trademarks, brand names, or copyrighted materials without authorization.
Bid on Onze Montréal’s brand name, misspellings, or variations in PPC campaigns without written approval.
Engage in spam, cookie stuffing, incentivized clicks, or fraudulent activity.
Coupon/Voucher Policy:
Only official promotions provided through Awin may be used.
The use of unapproved or expired codes is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates promoting coupons must clearly display valid expiration dates.
Influencers & Social Media:
Social media or influencer promotion is allowed but must comply with FTC, ASA, and Canadian Ad Standards guidelines.
All posts must clearly disclose the partnership (#ad, #sponsored, or equivalent).
4. Commissions & Payments
The standard commission starts at 15% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping costs, cancellations, and returns).
Only transactions tracked and validated through Awin are eligible for commission.
Onze Montréal reserves the right to reverse or decline commissions for:
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or duplicate transactions.
Breaches of these Terms.
Payments will be processed exclusively via Awin according to their payment schedules.
5. Termination
Onze Montréal may suspend or terminate a Publisher’s participation at any time for breach of these Terms or at its discretion.
Publishers may also leave the program at any time through Awin’s interface.
Valid commissions accrued up to the termination date will be honoured subject to Awin’s validation rules.
Any commissions tied to fraudulent activity, policy violations, or misuse of promotions will be cancelled.
6. Liability & Indemnity
Onze Montréal is not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or loss of tracking beyond its control.
The Publisher agrees to indemnify Onze Montréal against claims, damages, or costs arising from the Publisher’s unlawful, unauthorized, or non-compliant activities.
7. Amendments
Onze Montréal may update these Terms and/or program conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Québec, unless otherwise specified by Awin.
