By joining the Saviour Cycling Affiliate Programme on Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission
Affiliates will earn a commission on net sales (excluding VAT, shipping, returns, and cancellations) generated through their unique affiliate tracking links.
Commission rates and cookie durations are defined in the programme details on Awin.
2. Payment
All commission payments are handled by Awin in accordance with their standard payout schedule.
Any fraudulent, cancelled, or refunded transactions will not qualify for commission.
3. Restrictions
No Brand Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on Saviour Cycling brand terms, including “Saviour Cycling”, misspellings, variations, or domain names in paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Affiliates may not use Saviour Cycling brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, or as part of their own website/domain name.
Affiliates may not impersonate Saviour Cycling in any form, including creating social media accounts, websites, or paid ads that suggest they are an official representative.
Coupon and cashback sites must only use officially supplied codes provided within the Awin platform. Self-generated codes are strictly prohibited.
4. Content Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Saviour Cycling products accurately and may not make false or misleading claims.
Use of creative assets (logos, product imagery, banners) provided in the Awin interface is permitted.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising regulations and Awin’s Publisher Terms.
5. Termination
Saviour Cycling reserves the right to remove or suspend any affiliate at its sole discretion, without notice, in cases of:
Breach of these terms
Fraudulent activity
Brand bidding or trademark abuse
6. Liability
Saviour Cycling is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from affiliate participation.
Programme terms, commission rates, and conditions may be updated at any time, and affiliates will be notified of material changes via Awin.
