General Publisher Terms
- Compliance & Brand Integrity
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards. - Affiliates may not misrepresent Welltayl, make unverified product claims, or position themselves as the “official” Welltayl website.
- Prohibited Practices
- No bidding on Welltayl brand terms, variations, or misspellings in PPC campaigns.
- No use of Welltayl brand name in display URLs, ad copy, or paid search titles.
- No promotion alongside adult, gambling, alcohol, or age-restricted content.
No misleading coupon/deal placements that suggest unauthorized discounts.
- Traffic Sources
- Paid search activity is only permitted on generic/category terms (e.g., “dog shampoo,” “pet wellness products”) and must not include Welltayl brand terms.
- Direct-to-site PPC linking is not permitted.
- Email, content, and community promotions are allowed if compliant with opt-in and spam laws.
- Commission Eligibility
- Commissions are paid only on valid, completed transactions.
- Orders canceled, returned, fraudulent, or in breach of terms will not qualify.
- Commissions are calculated on net sales value, excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping, gift wrap, or other service charges.
Sales driven by ambassador, influencer, or partner discount codes are non-commissionable through the affiliate program.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote or imply unauthorized discount codes or offers, including “up to X% off” messaging not explicitly provided by Welltayl.
Coupon, voucher, cashback, and deal sites are not permitted to promote Welltayl unless explicitly approved in writing. -
Welltayl reserves the right to decline or reverse commissions resulting from:
- Unauthorized promotional methods
- Misleading discount messaging
- Traffic originating from unapproved publisher types
Affiliates must comply with all FTC disclosure guidelines and accurately represent Welltayl products and offers.
- De-duplication
- Sales attributed to Welltayl’s own PPC brand campaigns, email, display, direct partnerships, price comparison, in-house publisher programs, or other affiliate networks may be de-duplicated and ineligible for commission.
- Termination
Welltayl reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from the program at any time for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of the brand.
