Eligible Products: Tungsten Power PDF and Tungsten PaperPort are included in the affiliate program, and only when purchased on tungstenautomation.com checkout. All other Tungsten products and transactions are not eligible for commission.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program. Only generic affiliate codes may be promoted publicly. Exclusive affiliate codes are assigned to individual affiliates and may only be used or promoted by the affiliate to whom the code was attributed.
Restrictions: Affiliate partners are not permitted to promote or use codes provided by Tungsten Automation through other channels or campaigns.
Discount Codes & Cashback
Discount codes and cashback offer cannot be combined in the same transaction. Transactions attempting to use both, will be ineligible for commission.
Invalid Transactions
Any transactions found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or refunded will be cancelled and will not qualify for commission.
Non-Commissionable Items
Tungsten OmniPage will not be commissioned.
Search Campaigns Terms
Protected SEM Bidding Keywords
Affiliates interested in paid search activities as a part of the affiliate program, shall contact kofaxaffiliates@digitalriver.com for approval into the program. Any affiliates who are not approved for paid search or are found in violation of these policies will be subject to corrective action up to and including program deactivation. Affiliates shall not out-position a corporate paid search ad on trademarked terms ("Tungsten Automation", “PaperPort”, “Kofax”, “OmniPage”, “Power PDF”, etc.)
Prohibited SEM Display URL Content
Affiliates shall not use corporate-owned urls (www.tungstenautomation.com, www.powerpdf.com, www.omnipage.com, www.paperport.com, etc.) in paid search ad copy or display urls, or any variation, misspelling, etc. Affiliates shall not use the Digital River corporate url www.digitalriver.com or any variation, misspelling, etc.
Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content
Approved SEM affiliates may bid on branded key words but cannot include any mention of a discounted price or coupon code in your ad copy or headline. Exceptions- You are only able to use a discounted price or coupon mention in your paid search ad copy or headline if: 1. You bid on non-branded keywords ---You use an exact key word match and include a branded key word (“Power PDF” or “PaperPort”) and (“coupon” or “discount”); example PaperPort Coupon (not PaperPort) ---You do not mention the amount of the discount in your ad copy.

Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers
Affiliates shall not pass yourself off as the official Tungsten Automation and Power PDF websites or promote in a way which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties into thinking you are Tungsten Power PDF; this includes using ad copy that represents itself as the corporate ad or official site, or copying or mimicking any of the Tungsten web pages. Affiliates shall never use the word “free” in any paid search headline, title or ad copy or imply that a service or product from Kofax is available through the affiliate at zero cost.
