Shipping
Free Shipping: Available only to the USA and Canada.
International Orders: Shipping to other countries will incur shipping fees and potential customs costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Affiliate Conduct
a) Affiliates shall not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
b) Affiliates shall not use misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statements about House of Twist or its products.
c) Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Prohibited Activities
a) Coupon Sites: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting House of Twist products with unauthorized codes. Only approved codes will be accepted. Any sales generated using unauthorized codes will not be credited.
Termination
a) House of Twist reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice.
b) Affiliates may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to House of Twist.
Intellectual Property
a) House of Twist grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials and trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting House of Twist products. Marketing materials can be found within the programme ad section on Awin or provided upon request by House of Twist.
Confidentiality
a) Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed by House of Twist.
