Alison “Learn to Earn” Affiliate Program
Overview
The Alison “Learn to Earn” affiliate program enables partners to promote Alison’s learning platform and earn commission on revenue generated by the learners they refer. Becoming an affiliate is free, fast, and open globally.
- Commission Rate: 20% of net revenue generated from sales conversions by referred learners.
Additional Terms & Conditions Highlights
- Honest & Compliant Promotion: Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing, bots, fraudulent traffic or deceptive tactics.
- Termination Rights: Alison may suspend or terminate an affiliate (with or without cause). Upon termination without cause, outstanding balance is paid. For cause, payments may be voided.
- Intellectual Property: Affiliates do not receive rights to Alison’s trademarks, content, or logos beyond authorized use per program.
- Confidentiality & Disclosure: Affiliates must keep the terms confidential and legally disclose in their promotions that they earn affiliate commissions.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: The agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes unresolved amicably go to arbitration in London under LCIA rules.
