In effect from September 22, 2025:
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between CaraKit, Inc. (“CaraKit”) and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the Affiliate Window Service as an Affiliate.
Program Summary
You may place CaraKit banners or links on your website as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
Adult, hate-related, or inappropriate sites are not permitted.
All links must be created through AWIN’s platform or the CaraKit product feed; links from other sources may not track correctly and may result in declined commissions.
Content containing our links or banners must be written in English.
Affiliates must receive prior written approval from CaraKit before sending emails about the program.
Banners and links may be used in newsletters, website content, or other appropriate digital content.
Not Allowed: desktop advertising schemes, forced clicks, or displaying merchant windows not initiated by a direct user click.
Fraudulent activity—including the use of bots, scripts, or deceptive click-generation—will result in immediate termination and voided commissions.
Communications
CaraKit reserves the right to send emails to Affiliates for the purpose of notifying them of applicable changes, product updates, or adjustments to this program.
Program Changes
CaraKit may change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. If material changes are made, CaraKit will notify Affiliates via email, newsletter, or at least 7 days in advance. Affiliates may then choose to continue or withdraw from the program.
Cookies
CaraKit operates with a 30-day cookie policy.
Privacy Policy
CaraKit respects the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without express permission. For questions, contact support@carakit.com
Activities
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search Activity
Affiliates are not permitted to carry out PPC search activity sending traffic directly to carakit.com.
Affiliates may not use automatic redirects.
The following are not allowed:
Using “CaraKit” in subfolders or subdomains of display URLs.
Using the CaraKit brand in ad titles.
Bidding on the brand term “CaraKit.”
Advertising as CaraKit.
Showing CaraKit ads on competitor brand terms.
Advertising as CaraKit
Affiliates are not allowed to represent themselves as CaraKit in any advertising or promotional activity.
Discount Code / Voucher Websites
Affiliates may not create, share, or promote unauthorized discount codes.
Made-up codes or codes from other channels are prohibited.
Discount/deal sites may participate in the program but cannot promote codes unless explicitly provided by CaraKit.
Cookie stuffing or i-frame techniques are strictly forbidden.
Email Marketing
All email campaigns must be approved by CaraKit before distribution.
Creative
Affiliates must use only the official creative provided in AWIN. Creative may not be altered without prior approval. Hardcoding banners into websites is discouraged; if required, Affiliates must notify CaraKit for updates.
Affiliate Payment
Affiliates earn a 5–10% commission on confirmed sales.
Commissions are pre-approved after an order is placed and verified by CaraKit.
Payments are tracked and processed within a 365-day payment window.
Commissions will only be paid after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
