Terms and Conditions

General Terms (KAOS UK)

1) Programme scope & eligibility

Allowed publisher types: content and relevant communities/forums. Email only for quality publishers with valid consent.

Not allowed: voucher code sites, cashback/loyalty, media brokers, retargeting networks, and PPC (including Shopping/CSS).

2) PPC & brand protection

All PPC is strictly prohibited for affiliates: brand terms, generic keywords, competitor terms, misspellings, display URL, ad titles/descriptions, and Shopping/CSS.

KAOS brand terms must be added as negative keywords. Breaches may result in commission being voided and removal from the programme.

3) Brand & creative guidelines

Only official KAOS logos and product images may be used. No editing or alterations without written approval.

Brand name must always appear as KAOS. No variations or misspellings.

Tone of voice: premium, honest, sustainability-focused. No misleading claims.

4) Content standards

No association with adult content, gambling, tobacco, weapons, or other age-restricted/illegal products.

All marketing activity must comply with applicable laws and regulations (incl. GDPR/ePrivacy, ASA/CAP, FTC). Clear affiliate disclosure is mandatory.

5) Coupons & promotions

Only official KAOS campaigns and discount codes may be used. No “invented” codes, scraping, or manipulation of prices/offers.

6) Tracking & deduplication policy

KAOS may deduplicate sales against our own channels (PPC brand/generic, email/CRM, display, direct partnerships), internal affiliate programme, and other networks.

Self-purchases, fraud, cancellations, returns, and violations of terms are not commissionable.

7) Traffic & geography

Traffic must be relevant to the UK market and point only to official KAOS domains/subpages. No unauthorised redirects or sub-affiliates.

8) Enforcement & changes

KAOS may reject or withhold commission for breaches and reserves the right to terminate partnerships without notice.

Changes to terms will be communicated via the Communication Centre with at least 7 days’ notice before taking effect.
