Welcome to the ICPC Electronics Affiliate Programme. These terms and conditions outline the standards we expect from our affiliates to ensure fair, transparent, and successful collaboration. By participating in our programme, you agree to comply with the following:

Creative Assets

Affiliates must not alter the creative banners, logos, or text links provided via the affiliate interface without prior approval from ICPC Electronics.

Please do not hard-code creatives. This ensures any updates (e.g., seasonal promotions) are applied automatically.

We are happy to provide custom creatives to match your platform or audience – just ask, and our design team will assist.

Product Feed

Our product feed is updated regularly to reflect current pricing and availability.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that pricing and stock data displayed on their sites is accurate and up to date, to avoid customer disappointment and potential commission disputes.

Voucher Codes

Affiliates may only use voucher codes officially provided via the affiliate platform interface.

Codes must not be combined with cashback or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to decline commission for sales generated using unauthorised or expired voucher codes.

Where used, voucher codes must be accompanied by clear terms and expiry dates.

Codes are valid for full-price ICPC Electronics items only, unless specified otherwise.

Copy & Content

Any promotional copy (online or offline) referencing ICPC Electronics must be approved in advance.

Affiliates may not publish misleading or incorrect information about ICPC Electronics, its products, or its policies.

I-Frames & URL Masking

Affiliates may not display our website within an I-frame or use masked/redirection URLs that obscure our domain name.

All affiliate traffic must be clearly linked to our official website (https://www.icpccomputers.co.uk or applicable subdomains).

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy

PPC advertising is encouraged on search networks; however:

Bidding on our brand name (‘ICPC Electronics’, ‘ICPC Computers’, etc.) is not allowed.

Bidding on brand-related terms such as ‘ICPC Electronics discount’ or ‘ICPC promo code’ is prohibited, unless explicitly approved on a case-by-case basis.

Misspellings, variations, or close brand terms are also restricted.

Affiliate Approvals

All affiliates are manually reviewed and must have a live, working website relevant to our audience.

We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates who do not align with our brand values or promotional guidelines.

On-site Phone Number

Our phone number is displayed for customer service enquiries only.

It must not be used to drive sales directly or be promoted as a sales contact.

By participating in the ICPC Electronics Affiliate Programme, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms. Breach of any of the above conditions may result in suspension or removal from the programme and reversal of commission.
