What promotional types of publisher are allowed to work on your programme?
CashbackCashback partners permitted to promote Zen services. You must ensure all promotional messaging is accurate and complies with programme terms.
CommunityZen services can be promoted within community or forum environments, provided all content is factual, transparent, and compliant with advertising regulations.
ContentPromotional review, editorial, and comparison content permitted. You must ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and service claims remain accurate and up to date.
Discount CodeZen services can be promoted using voucher or promotional offers that Zen have explicitly approved. You must not promote unauthorised codes, incentives, or discounts.
EmailZen services may be promoted via email marketing where you hold valid marketing consent and comply with all applicable data protection and electronic marketing legislation.
LoyaltyZen services may be promoted via loyalty or reward-based platforms. You must clearly communicate offer terms and ensure compliance with programme requirements.
SearchPPC activity can only be conducted where Zen have provided prior written approval. You must comply with the Zen PPC policy, including restrictions on brand bidding, direct linking, and keyword usage.
Behavioural RetargetingRetargeting activity can only be conducted with Zen prior approval. You must ensure compliance with privacy, cookie, and transparency requirements and must not interfere with Zen tracking or attribution.
Media BrokersMedia brokers or sub-affiliates may be used, only where these are disclosed to Zen in advance and approval given. You remain fully responsible for ensuring their compliance with these terms.
