1. Introduction
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Laboratoire Laurent Affiliate Programme ("Programme"). By signing up and participating, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Application
Must be 18+ and operate a website, social media channel, or marketing platform compliant with applicable laws.
Laboratoire Laurent reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission & Payments
Standard commission rate: 12% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, refunds).
Programme bonuses or elevated rates may apply during promotions or based on performance.
Payout via Awin's platform, following their schedules (net 30/60).
Commissions earned only for completed/validated orders.
4. Tracking & Attribution
Cookie window: 30 days last-click attribution.
Sales credited to the affiliate whose link was last clicked.
5. Allowed & Prohibited Marketing Practices
Allowed: Content marketing, blogs, social media, banners, PPC (non-branded keywords).
Prohibited:
PPC on Laboratoire Laurent brand terms without explicit authorisation.
Claims implying cure, treatment, prevention, or medical claims.
Unauthorised promo codes or discount misuse.
False/misleading representation of the brand or products.
6. Use of Creative Materials
Affiliates may only use official creatives and approved content provided via Awin or by direct permission.
Customisations (translations, adaptations) require prior written approval.
7. Promo Codes & Discounts
Only official Laboratoire Laurent promo codes qualify for commissions.
Leaked or unauthorised codes invalidate commission eligibility.
Affiliates may request exclusive codes by contacting the affiliate team.
8. Email & Data Compliance
Email campaigns must comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable privacy laws.
No unsolicited or non-consented emails.
Pre-approval is required for email templates mentioning the brand.
9. Influencers & Content Creators
Bloggers, YouTubers, and influencers are welcome.
Access to product samples, media kits, and custom landing pages available upon request.
Disclose the affiliate relationship and notify the affiliate manager on publication.

11. Monitoring & Compliance
Laboratoire Laurent reserves the right to monitor all affiliate campaigns and request access to placements.
Affiliates must respond promptly to inquiries about marketing usage.
12. Brand Reputation & Disparagement
Affiliates must not damage the brand's image or make defamatory statements.
Non-compliant content or brand disparagement may lead to immediate termination and loss of commissions.
13. Termination & Suspension
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with 14 days' notice.
Immediate termination for violations if affiliate resorts to fraud, violates terms, or jeopardises the brand.
14. Effect of Termination
Earned but unpaid commissions within 30 days post-termination will be honoured.
Pending sales earned after this period are forfeited.
15. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Laboratoire Laurent owns all trademarks, logos, and creatives. Affiliates are granted a licence to use affiliate assets.
Affiliates must not create content using brand assets outside of the approved materials.
Confidential information must be handled with care and not disclosed.
16. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Affiliates indemnify Laboratoire Laurent against claims arising from their marketing activities or breach of terms.
Laboratoire Laurent's liability is limited to the total sales commissions in the last 12 months.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Agreement governed by French Law (Paris, France).
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
