Studio Amelia Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Studio Amelia Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Commission & Tracking
Affiliates will receive 15% commission on the net value of each valid sale generated through their tracked links.
Our program operates on a 30-day cookie window.
Commission will not be paid on orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned.
2. PPC (Paid Search) Policy
Affiliates may not bid on Studio Amelia brand terms, including but not limited to: “Studio Amelia”, “StudioAmelia”, or any misspellings or variations.
Direct linking to the Studio Amelia website via paid search is strictly prohibited.
Generic, non-branded keyword campaigns (e.g., “women’s premium heels” or “minimalist sandals”) are permitted only with prior written approval.
3. Voucher Codes & Promotions
Only voucher codes and promotions issued or approved by Studio Amelia may be used.
Any sales generated using unauthorised or exclusive codes not provided by Studio Amelia will be deemed ineligible for commission.
4. Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Studio Amelia accurately and may not mislead customers in any way.
The use of Studio Amelia’s brand assets (logos, product images, copy) is permitted only in the form provided by Studio Amelia.
Affiliates may not alter imagery or present Studio Amelia products in a way that could harm brand reputation.
5. Email Marketing
Affiliates wishing to promote Studio Amelia via email must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
Affiliates may not impersonate Studio Amelia or give the impression communications are sent directly from us.
6. Prohibited Activity
No incentivised traffic, cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, forced clicks, or misleading redirects.
Any fraudulent, non-genuine, or manipulated traffic will result in commissions being withheld and potential termination from the program.
7. Program Termination
Studio Amelia reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at its discretion, without prior notice.
Breach of these terms may result in commission being declined and program access revoked.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Our mission at Studio Amelia is to create statement high-quality footwear and accessories at price points that are both accessible and attainable. We welcome partnerships with affiliates who share our values and commitment to premium, thoughtful promotion.
