1. Program Participation
By joining the COALAX Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 8% on all sales.
- Commission is calculated on the net sale value (after taxes, discounts, shipping, and returns).
- Cookies Duration: 30 days.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed monthly via Awin, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold of $50.
4. Promotional Guidelines
- You must promote our products ethically and legally.
- Prohibited Activities:
• Brand Bidding: You are NOT allowed to bid on our branded keywords (e.g., "COALAX", "Lancer Backpack") on Google Ads or other PPC platforms.
• Using misleading claims, spam, or promoting on restricted platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
- We grant you a limited license to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for promotion within this program.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
