Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the chaos (the good kind). By signing up for the TeeTurtle + Unstable Games Affiliate Program, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We kept them as short and sweet as possible, but still cover the important stuff.
1. Enrollment
- Apply through our affiliate portal. We review applications weekly to make sure they’re a good fit.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject anyone — nothing personal, just brand alignment.
2. Commissions
Q4 2025–Q1 2026: Flat 10% commission on all valid sales.
3. Payouts
- Payments are made monthly after validation.
- You must have a valid PayPal or bank account linked to receive payment.
- We can withhold payment for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
4. Gifting & Perks
- At sign-up, affiliates receive either:
- A 48-hour eCredit for $50 per brand (TeeTurtle and Unstable Games) will be added onto your email. This will be good for 1 purchase, and will not rollover to future purchases. This will help cover the cost of shipping.
- Additional bonuses or perks may be offered at our discretion.
5. Assets & Promotion
- You’ll have access to brand guidelines, approved logos, copy, and other marketing resources.
- Please don’t create your own branded graphics without permission!
- Affiliates may promote through websites, blogs, social media, and email — no spamming, shady practices, or paid search bidding on our brand names.
- Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure requirements by clearly disclosing affiliate relationships (e.g., “#ad” or “#affiliate”).
- Affiliates may not promote content that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading, harmful, or NSFW.
- Affiliates agree to comply with applicable advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws.
- Affiliates may not bid on TeeTurtle, Unstable Games, or related trademarks in paid search advertising.
- Affiliates may not create websites, domains, or social handles that could reasonably be confused with TeeTurtle or Unstable Games.
6. Content Guidelines
- Keep it fun, keep it fandom-friendly.
- No hate speech, offensive content, or NSFW material alongside our brand.
- Please disclose affiliate links per FTC guidelines (#ad, #affiliate, etc.).
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time if you break the rules, misrepresent the brand, or just generally make things weird in a bad way.
- You can leave the program whenever you want — no hard feelings.
8. Legal Bits
- This agreement is governed by [insert governing law—likely Texas or Missouri depending on your HQ].
9. Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Conduct
- Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: cookie stuffing, fake accounts, click fraud, unauthorized couponing, and trademark bidding.
- Any fraudulent or abusive activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
