Programme Access: All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval by the Sagami UK team. We reserve the right to decline applications or remove partners whose activities do not comply with our guidelines.
Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must use only the official creative materials provided via Awin. Logos, images, or product descriptions may not be altered without prior written consent.
Traffic & Promotion: Paid search bidding on Sagami brand terms, trademarks, or close variations is prohibited. Incentivised traffic, cookie stuffing, spam, or misleading advertising practices are not allowed.
Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including ASA and CAP Code requirements for marketing sexual wellness products in the UK.
Sales Validation: Commissions are paid on valid, approved transactions only. Orders that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or not compliant with programme rules will be declined.
Support & Promotions: Affiliates will receive access to regular promotions, updated product feeds, and dedicated support from the Sagami UK and Awin teams.
