Pod. uno Affiliate Program Terms
1. Enrollment
To join the Po.uno Affiliate Program, you must apply through our affiliate network or directly with us. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions
Standard commission rate: 15% on net product sales (excluding VAT/sales tax, delivery charges, payment processing fees, and service add-ons).
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed transactions that are not canceled, returned, or fraudulent.
Commission is not payable on orders declined due to payment failure, chargebacks, or breach of terms.
3. Tracking & Payout
Sales are tracked via cookies—standard cookie duration: 30 days.
Commissions are paid monthly, once the return/cancellation period has passed.
To prevent double payments, transactions are de-duplicated against other advertising channels and affiliate networks.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Pod.uno products via content marketing, blogs, social media, email (opt-in only), and paid ads (with restrictions).
Brand terms: Affiliates may not imply they are the official Po.uno store or misuse trademarks, logos, or misleading phrases (“official discount,” “exclusive deal”) unless provided.
Affiliates may not promote Po.uno alongside adult, age-restricted, illegal, or harmful content.
No spam or unsolicited email marketing is allowed.
5. Restrictions
Commissions may be declined in the following cases:
Order canceled or refunded
Item returned or out of stock
Fraudulent or duplicate order
Customer payment failure or chargeback
Violation of these terms
6. Termination
Po.uno reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or brand misrepresentation. Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by providing written notice.
7. Modification
We may update these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes in advance.
