The Parties

  • The Advertiser: nimbl, a prepaid pocket money card and app for families, operating at nimbl.com.
  • The Partner: An approved affiliate who promotes the Advertiser’s offers, products, services, and content through their own website(s), channels, or media.
  • The Network: Awin, which provides tracking, reporting, and programme management tools.

Each may be referred to as a “Party”, and together as the “Parties”.
