Before applying to join the Lemonade Dolls Affiliate Program, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
Compliance with Advertising Laws
Your website must not host or promote content that violates any laws or regulations related to false or deceptive advertising.
Trademark & Copyright Protection
All marketing materials and website content owned by Lemonade Dolls Ltd are protected by trademark and copyright laws. Affiliates are prohibited from directly or indirectly bidding on the trademark "Lemonade Dolls" or any variations or confusingly similar terms.
No Doorway Pages
Creating doorway pages that target searches for "Lemonade Dolls" is strictly prohibited.
No Masked URLs
The use of masked URLs, including "Add to Favourites" buttons that obscure the destination URL, is not allowed.
User-Friendly Navigation
Your site must allow users to navigate using their browser’s back button without restriction.
Creatives and Branding
Lemonade Dolls will provide official creatives in line with brand guidelines. If you wish to modify any creatives, you must first contact The Lemonade Dolls Team at nadia@revwise.com and submit your version for approval in accordance with the provided specifications.
Specific Terms & Conditions
Commission will be paid to both new and existing customers.
Commission applies to all products available on the Lemonade Dolls website.
The transaction value that commissions are paid on includes VAT, however all other taxes, surcharges, and any additional costs such as delivery are not included.
What the merchant should pay for:

Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include delivery charges? No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include credit card fees? No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include gift wrapping or other service charges? No
Are commissions not paid out on some products or product categories? Not paid on gift vouchers.

Non-Affiliate Code Transactions
Please note that any transactions made using non-affiliate promotional codes (such as CRM codes, including but not limited to Welcome Codes, SMS Codes, Welcome Back Codes, etc.) will be excluded from affiliate rewards. Transactions using these codes will be subject to cancellation and no affiliate commission will be paid.

The contents of marketing material and all websites owned by Lemonade Dolls Ltd are protected by trademark and copyright law. Affiliates must not directly or indirectly bid on the word mark “Lemonade Dolls” or any derivatives or confusingly similar words.
