By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following:
General
Affiliates earn 20% commission on all approved referred sales.
Cookie duration: 30 days.
Please note – this program operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
Commissions are calculated on product value only and exclude VAT/sales tax, delivery charges, credit card fees, and service charges.
Exclusions
Commissions will not be paid on:
Gift Cards
Made-to-Order Curtains
Trade Orders
Wallpaper Samples
Fabric Swatches
Bedding Swatches
Warehouse/clearance sales
Returned or canceled orders, duplicate orders, orders failing credit checks, or out-of-stock items
Publisher Types
Allowed: Content publishers, community, and email partners, loyalty sites.
Not Allowed: Cashback, coupon-only, search bidding, behavioural retargeting, or media brokers.
Publishers promoting adult content or age-restricted products are not eligible.
Branding & Promotion Standards
Affiliates must represent Laura Park professionally and in line with brand standards.
Unauthorized ad copy, imagery, logos, or misrepresentation of pricing/promotions is prohibited.
All creative provided by Laura Park must be used as supplied unless prior written approval is obtained.
PPC & Search Policy
Affiliates are not entitled to commission for PPC promotion.
Direct linking, use of Laura Park brand terms (including misspellings, variations, or combinations with other words) in ad copy, display URLs, or paid search activity is prohibited.
Shopping ads and CSS activity are not eligible for commission without prior written approval.
Transactions & De-duplication
Commissions are validated only on legitimate transactions.
Orders already attributed to other online advertising channels may not be commissionable.
Laura Park reserves the right to decline or reverse commissions at its sole discretion for fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity.
Compliance & Liability
Affiliates are solely responsible for GDPR-compliant data collection and email marketing.
Incentivized traffic (bots, click fraud, cookie stuffing, spoofing, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in forfeiture of pending and approved commissions.
Affiliates are responsible for the actions of any third parties acting on their behalf.
Notice & Disputes
Transaction disputes must be raised within 5 working days of a declined sale with written evidence.
Laura Park’s decision on all transactions is final.
