Publisher Benefits
Approved affiliates gain access to banners, text links, and updates via the AWIN platform. (You can update this later with e.g. product feeds, bonus campaigns, etc.)
Commission Structure & Rates
Default rate: 15% per validated net sale.
Applies equally across all products.
No tiered commissions by customer type, product type, or publisher type at this time.
Validation Process
Commissions are tracked on the last click within a 30-day cookie period.
Only completed transactions that are not cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent will be validated.
Commissions are paid after our 90-day returns/refund policy window closes.
Consequences of Breach
If a publisher breaches program rules, commissions may be reversed, and the publisher may be suspended or removed from the programme.
Voucher Codes
At present, only official voucher or promotional codes supplied via AWIN (My Offers or Communication Centre) are valid for commission.
Use of unauthorized codes may result in declined transactions.
Cookie Period
Standard attribution window: 30 days.
PPC
Affiliates may not bid on Advanced Trichology trademarks, variations, or misspellings in search engines.
Violation may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
Transactions
Commission is paid on net sales only.
Excluded: taxes, shipping, duties, handling fees, cancelled/returned orders, and fraudulent transactions.
Branding
Publishers may not use Advanced Trichology in domains, subdomains, or social media handles.
Please respect correct brand spelling and presentation.
Notice Period
We require a 7-day notice period for any program changes.
Affiliates will be notified via AWIN Communication Centre.
Publishers
All publishers are manually reviewed prior to approval.
We reserve the right to decline any publisher who does not align with our brand.
De-duplication
At present, no de-duplication is applied across other marketing channels. (This can be updated later if you add overlapping channels such as paid search, retargeting, etc.)
