Legology Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Legology Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before participating.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Legology Affiliate Programme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Legology reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with Legology’s values and target audience (beauty, lifestyle, health, or wellbeing).
Legology reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Upon approval, you will receive unique affiliate links via Webgains.
These links must be used properly to ensure sales tracking.
Affiliates are responsible for using links in accordance with programme guidelines.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn commission on valid sales generated via their unique tracking links.
Commission rates and payment terms are detailed in the Webgains platform.
Legology reserves the right to change commission rates or structures with notice.
Commission Payment:
Paid monthly via Webgains.
Subject to the network’s minimum payout thresholds and payment methods.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not engage in:
Fraudulent activity (click fraud, cookie stuffing, fake leads).
Misleading content (false claims about Legology products).
Inappropriate promotion (adult, illegal, offensive, or harmful sites).
PPC restrictions: No bidding on “Legology” brand terms, misspellings, or variations in paid search or Comparison Shopping Services (CSS).
6. Term & Termination
The agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by notifying Legology.
Legology may suspend or terminate participation without notice if terms are violated or if brand reputation is harmed.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Legology trademarks, logos, and creatives for promotional purposes only. All intellectual property remains the property of Legology.
8. Limitation of Liability
Legology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the programme. Liability is limited to the total commission earned by the affiliate in the three months immediately preceding a claim.
9. Privacy Policy
Participation in the Legology Affiliate Programme is subject to Legology’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, stored, and used. By joining, you consent to this use of your data.
10. Amendments
Legology reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the affiliate platform or email. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
