To ensure a transparent and compliant partnership, all affiliates are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Compliance with Advertising Regulations
Affiliates must ensure their websites do not feature or promote any advertising that violates laws related to false, misleading, or deceptive practices.
2. Trademark Usage
The Domus Depot Group exclusively holds the rights to the Domus Depot trademark and brand identity. Any use of the trademark must align with our official guidelines.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including imagery, copy, and branding found on Domus Depot websites and materials, is protected under copyright and trademark law.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the keyword “Domus Depot”, its variations, or any similar/confusing terms in paid advertising.
4. Prohibited SEO Tactics
Affiliates may not create doorway or bridge pages that specifically target Domus Depot-related search terms with the intent of redirecting traffic deceptively.
5. No Cloaked or Masked URLs
Affiliates are not allowed to use masked or cloaked URLs that misrepresent or obscure the true destination of affiliate links.
6. User-Friendly Navigation
Affiliate websites must maintain standard web navigation, allowing users to easily return to previous pages using their browser’s back button.
Additional Notes:
- Commissions for *pre-orders* will only be validated once the order has been successfully shipped to the customer.
- Orders that are *cancelled* will not qualify for commission payments.
