Yass Clean

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of publishers (“Affiliates”) in the Yass Clean Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated through Awin. By joining the Program, Affiliates agree to comply with these Terms, Awin’s Publisher Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.1 Participation in the Program requires approval by Yass Clean.

1.2 Yass Clean reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

1.3 Approved Affiliates will be granted access to marketing assets and tracking links provided through Awin.

2.1 Affiliates must:

Use only approved creative materials and tracking links supplied via Awin.

Ensure all promotions are honest, accurate, and not misleading.

Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Yass Clean in accordance with ASA guidelines, CAP Code, and UK consumer law.

Not make claims about Yass Clean products that are unapproved, false, or exaggerated.

Not engage in spam, cookie stuffing, adware, or any deceptive practices.

Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations (including GDPR).

3.1 Affiliates may not:

Bid on or use “Yass Clean” trademarks or variations in paid search without prior approval.

Operate websites or content that promote hate speech, illegal activity, adult material, or anything that damages Yass Clean’s reputation.

Share, sell, or redistribute affiliate links or codes outside of agreed platforms.

Misrepresent themselves as Yass Clean staff or mislead consumers about the brand.

4.1 Commission rates will be detailed within the Awin platform.

4.2 Commission is payable only on valid, tracked transactions approved by Yass Clean.

4.3 Payments will be made exclusively via Awin’s payment system. No direct payments will be issued.

4.4 Transactions may be reversed if they are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

5.1 Yass Clean grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved brand assets solely for Program participation.

5.2 Affiliates may not alter, resell, or use Yass Clean branding outside the scope of this Agreement.

6.1 Yass Clean may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, without notice, if they breach these Terms or Awin’s rules.

6.2 Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by removing all links and ceasing promotion of Yass Clean products.

7.1 Yass Clean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

7.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
