By joining the Golden Goat CBD Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following:
1. General Rules
Affiliates must comply with all Awin policies, FTC guidelines, FDA/FTC advertising standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or medical claims about our products. Use only approved marketing language.
All creative assets (banners, logos, product images) are property of Golden Goat CBD and may not be altered without approval.
2. Commissions & Payments
Standard commission rate: 15% of net sales.
Commission is earned only on valid, completed transactions (excludes refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent orders).
Payments are processed monthly via Awin’s secure payment system.
3. Traffic Sources & Restrictions
Brand Bidding: Strictly prohibited on “Golden Goat,” “Golden Goat CBD,” our domains, or misspellings.
Direct Linking: Not allowed. Traffic must go through your own landing pages.
Generic Keywords: Allowed only with written approval; brand terms must be excluded as negatives.
CSS / Google Shopping: Allowed only with prior approval and whitelisting.
Social & Display Ads: Allowed with approval and must comply with platform and CBD/hemp rules.
Email Marketing: Must be pre-approved and comply with CAN-SPAM; no spamming or purchased lists.
4. Prohibited Activities
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or toolbars/adware.
No use of unauthorized discount codes.
No bidding on competitor trademarks to mislead traffic.
No websites promoting hate speech, illegal content, or violence.
5. Termination & Enforcement
Golden Goat CBD reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions from traffic generated in violation of these terms.
Affiliates who breach terms may be suspended or removed without notice.
Severe violations (e.g., brand bidding, false claims) may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Programme Changes
Golden Goat CBD may update commission rates, promotional materials, or terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via Awin. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
