Welcome to the Case Magic Affiliate Program, powered by Awin. We’re excited to partner with you to promote our products and grow our business together. By applying and being approved to our program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, in addition to the standard Awin Publisher Terms and Conditions.
1. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: We offer a standard commission rate of 10% on the validated sale value.
Excluded Items: Commission is not paid on the following:
Shipping fees, taxes, and service charges.
Gift card purchases.
Returns, canceled orders, or fraudulent transactions.
Cookie Period: Our cookie window is 30 days. A sale will be attributed to your link if a customer makes a purchase within this timeframe after clicking your affiliate link, assuming your link was the last click.
Validation: All transactions are subject to a validation period of 30 days to account for returns and cancellations. Commissions will be approved and paid out by Awin after this period.
2. Promotional Methods & Restrictions
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy:
Brand Bidding: You are prohibited from bidding on our brand name, including misspellings, variations, or terms combined with other keywords (e.g., "Case Magic discount code," "Case Magic reviews").
Direct Linking: You are prohibited from direct linking from PPC ads to our website. All PPC traffic must land on a publisher's landing page or website.
Voucher & Discount Codes: You may only promote official discount codes and promotions that have been provided to you directly through the Awin platform. The use of unauthorized, expired, or non-program-specific voucher codes is strictly forbidden. Any resulting sales may be declined.
Content & SEO: All content must be original, high-quality, and relevant to our brand. You must not use misleading, deceptive, or false claims to promote our products.
Social Media: You are permitted to use your affiliate links on social media platforms, but you must adhere to the platform's terms of service and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., by using #ad, #affiliate, or a clear disclosure statement).
Toolbars, Adware, & Browser Extensions: Publishers using these technologies must have explicit approval from us before joining the program. We reserve the right to decline applications from, or remove, any publisher found to be using these methods without prior consent.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines
Use of Logos & Creatives: You are only permitted to use official logos, banners, and creative assets provided to you directly by us, Case Magic. Any other use of our intellectual property requires our express written consent.
Brand Representation: Your promotional content must accurately represent our brand and products. You must not alter our marketing materials or misrepresent product features, pricing, or availability.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a publisher's participation in our program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these terms. We will provide 7 days notice of program changes or termination, as required by Awin's platform rules. Any breach of these terms may result in the reversal of commissions and removal from our program.
5. Contact & Communication
If you have any questions about our program, please use the Awin platform's messaging system to contact us. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. By applying to our program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
