PPC & Paid Search Policy

PPC campaigns are strictly prohibited on all search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).

Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or use our brand name MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS, any variations, or misspellings in paid search campaigns.

Affiliates may not use our brand name in ad titles, ad copy, display URLs, or as keywords.

Discount & Coupon Policy

Affiliates may not promote, publish, or distribute coupon codes or discounts.

Any sales driven by unauthorized coupon codes, discounts, or promotional offers will not be eligible for commission.

“Cashback,” “voucher,” or “deal” positioning is not permitted.

Domain & Trademark Usage

Affiliates may not buy, register, or use domains or subdomains that include MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS or any variations/misspellings.

Affiliates may not use our brand identity, trademarks, or suggest official representation (e.g., “official,” “exclusive”) in a misleading way.

Websites must maintain their own unique look and feel and may not copy or resemble MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS digital properties.

Advertising & Content

Affiliates must only use creative assets provided by MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS or approved through the affiliate platform. Modifications are not allowed without written approval.

Pop-ups, pop-unders, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, toolbars, or any other deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

Social media activity must clearly identify the affiliate and must not impersonate the official brand.

Email Campaigns

Affiliates must not send unsolicited emails (spam).

Any email marketing activity must be pre-approved beforehand.

Emails must not create confusion suggesting they are sent by or on behalf of MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS.

General Conditions

Affiliates must act with integrity and respect the premium positioning of the brand.

Commission is only valid on genuine customer purchases and will not be paid on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.

MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time to protect the brand’s integrity.
