Kōv Essentials is pleased to partner with publishers through Awin, exclusively for the LTK (LiketoKnow.it) platform. By joining our programme, publishers agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
We value transparency, fair promotion, and brand alignment. Any publisher found to be in breach of these terms may be subject to commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the programme.
Publisher Benefits
Approved publishers will have access to our official imagery and creative assets through LTK.
Publishers will receive ongoing updates on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
No additional benefits (welcome packs, tiered rates, etc.) are currently offered.
Commission Structure & Rates
Default commission: 10% per validated sale.
Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT, shipping, discounts, or returns).
Kōv Essentials reserves the right to adjust commission rates or run short-term increased incentives, with notice provided in advance.
Validation Process
Orders are validated after the standard returns period (30 days).
Commission will be declined if:
An order is cancelled, returned, or fraudulent.
An invalid or unauthorised voucher code is used.
The transaction falls outside tracking rules.
Consequences of Breach
If a publisher is found to be acting outside of these Terms & Conditions, Kōv Essentials reserves the right to:
Reverse commissions on affected orders.
Issue a warning or suspend the publisher.
Remove the publisher from the programme entirely.
Voucher Codes
Only voucher codes distributed through the official LTK platform, Awin “My Offers,” or directly communicated by Kōv Essentials are permitted.
Unauthorised voucher code use will result in declined transactions.
Cookie Period
Our cookie period is 30 days.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
Publishers are not permitted to run PPC campaigns on behalf of Kōv Essentials.
Any violation of this policy will result in removal from the programme.
Transactions
Commissions are paid only on approved product sales.
Commissions are not paid on VAT, shipping, duties, or order adjustments.
Declined transactions include: cancelled orders, fraudulent orders, duplicate orders, or orders placed using unauthorised discount codes.
Branding Guidelines
Publishers must respect the correct spelling and use of our brand name: Kōv Essentials.
Publishers may only use brand-approved images, messaging, and creative provided via LTK.
Publishers must not misrepresent our products, pricing, or brand values.
No promotion is allowed on adult, offensive, or misaligned content sites.
Notice Period
Changes to commission structure, terms, or programme policies will be communicated with at least 7 days’ notice through the Communication Centre.
Publishers
We welcome LTK publishers who align with our brand values.
We do not accept publishers promoting through unauthorised voucher sites, PPC, incentivised traffic, or content misaligned with our brand.
De-duplication
Kōv Essentials may de-duplicate transactions against other paid marketing channels, such as paid search and paid social.
Affiliate sales will always be attributed based on last-click within Awin’s tracking rules, unless otherwise communicated.
