Loaded Dice will track referrals and sales using Awin’s technology.
4. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are earned on valid sales generated via your affiliate links.
The commission rate and structure are detailed within the Awin programme terms.
Payments are processed through Awin’s standard monthly payout system, subject to their thresholds and timelines.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Use fraudulent methods such as click fraud, cookie stuffing, or fake traffic.
Misrepresent or make false claims about Loaded Dice products.
Place affiliate links on adult, illegal, or harmful content sites.
6. PPC Restrictions
To protect the brand, the following PPC rules apply:
No bidding on the term “Loaded Dice”, its variations, misspellings, or related brand terms.
No direct linking to the Loaded Dice website from paid search ads.
Affiliates may run PPC campaigns on generic hobby, gaming, or product keywords only if ads do not mislead users and do not imply affiliation with the brand.
Breaching these PPC rules may result in immediate termination from the programme.
7. Term & Termination
You may leave the programme at any time via Awin.
Loaded Dice may suspend or terminate affiliates at its discretion if terms are breached or activities harm the brand.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive right to use Loaded Dice logos, banners, and creative materials provided in Awin.
All intellectual property remains the property of Loaded Dice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Loaded Dice will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits). Liability is limited to commissions earned in the three months prior to a claim.
10. Privacy & Data Use
Participation is governed by Awin’s Privacy Policy and Loaded Dice’s Privacy Policy.
By joining, you consent to the collection and use of data required for programme operation.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, with disputes subject to UK courts.
