Participation Agreement
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Wishup Inc. (“Wishup”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) participating in the Wishup Affiliate Program (“the Program”).
To participate, you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read it carefully before registering. By signing up, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
General Guidelines
- You may place Wishup banners or links anywhere on your website, or within non-spam emails/newsletters.
- Sites containing adult content, hate speech, or any unlawful/objectionable material are not permitted.
- Any page displaying Wishup links, banners, or codes must be written in English.
- Affiliates must obtain prior approval from Wishup if they wish to send emails specifically promoting the Program.
- You may place Wishup links within newsletters, blog content, or other web-related content, provided it aligns with these terms.
Activities
1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search Activity
Affiliates are NOT permitted to run PPC search campaigns sending traffic directly to wishup.co.
Violations may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all related commissions.
Additional restrictions:
Using the Wishup brand term in a subfolder of the display URL (e.g., www.affiliate.com/wishup) – NOT ALLOWED
Using the Wishup brand term in a subdomain of the display URL (e.g., www.wishup.affiliate.com) – NOT ALLOWED
Using the Wishup brand in ad titles – NOT ALLOWED
Bidding on the brand term “Wishup” or related misspellings – NOT ALLOWED
Advertising as if you are Wishup – NOT ALLOWED
Displaying ads on competitors’ brand terms – NOT ALLOWED
Affiliates must also not send traffic through automatic redirects.
2. Email Marketing
- All email campaigns mentioning Wishup must be approved in advance by Wishup.
- Unsolicited bulk emails (spam) are strictly prohibited.
3. SEO & Domain Use Policy
The use of the word Wishup (or misspellings) is not allowed in the following:
- Domain name / URL of the page
- Page title
- Meta description
- H1, H2, H3, H4 tags
- ALT text of images
- The word “Wishup” (or misspellings) may appear in body text only in a natural context and must not be used for SEO manipulation.
- Affiliates should not attempt to rank in the top 6 positions on Google for “Wishup” brand searches.
- All affiliate links must include the nofollow attribute.
- Affiliates may not register or buy domains that could mislead users into believing they are part of Wishup.
- Affiliates may not create websites that impersonate the Wishup brand.
4. Fraud Policy
Fraud is a serious offense and will result in immediate termination from the Program and voided commissions.
Fraud includes, but is not limited to:
- Generating clicks, leads, or sales through bots, scripts, iframes, or other artificial means.
- Manually refreshing pages solely to inflate commissions.
- Any intentional misrepresentation of traffic or conversions.
5. Communication
Wishup reserves the right to contact Affiliates via email regarding Program updates, changes, or relevant opportunities.
6. Program Changes
Wishup may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email or newsletter. Affiliates may choose to continue participation or withdraw.
7. Cookies
Wishup operates on a 30-day cookie policy.
8. Affiliate Payment
- Affiliate commissions are tracked and pre-approved once an order is confirmed by Wishup.
- Payments are processed within a 60-day payment window.
- Some services may be subject to verification delays.
Commissions are only paid for valid, completed client engagements.
9. Privacy Policy
Wishup respects the privacy of its affiliates and users. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. For questions, please contact partners@wishup.co.
