Titan Haus Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Titan Haus Affiliate Program, managed on the Awin network. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Titan Haus ("We," "Us," "Our") and you, the affiliate ("You," "Your"). By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. General
1.1. Program Acceptance: We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We may also terminate any affiliate's participation at any time, for any reason.
1.2. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those concerning advertising, marketing, and data privacy.
2. Commission & Payment
2.1. Commission Rate: Commissions are paid on qualifying sales originating from your unique Awin tracking link. The standard commission rate is available on the commission section of the program, and paid out per valid sale.
2.2. Valid Sales: A valid sale is defined as a transaction that has been successfully completed, paid for in full by the customer, and not subsequently returned or refunded within our standard return period.
2.3. Payment: Commission payments will be made according to Awin's standard payment process, and paid out after the stated holding period, provided your account balance meets the minimum payout threshold.
2.4. Self-Referrals: You are strictly prohibited from generating commissions on your own purchases. Any such commissions will be voided.
3. Marketing & Promotion
3.1. Approved Methods: You are permitted to promote Titan Haus products through a variety of channels, including PPC, websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters, provided the content is authentic and ethical.
3.2. Brand Representation: All promotional content must accurately reflect the Titan Haus brand. You must not make false or misleading claims about our products. You are encouraged to use the provided Affiliate Media & Content Kit to ensure brand consistency.
3.3. Unauthorized Methods: The following activities are strictly prohibited:
* PPC/Paid Search Bidding: Bidding on our brand name, misspellings, or variations (e.g., "Titan Haus," "Titanhaus") is strictly forbidden.
* Unauthorized Coupon Codes: Promoting unapproved or expired coupon codes is not allowed. Commissions on sales generated from such codes will be voided.
* Spam: You must not engage in any form of spamming or mass unsolicited emails.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Use of Our Assets: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
4.2. Asset Integrity: You must not alter our intellectual property in any way without our prior written consent.
5. Liability
5.1. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Titan Haus harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the affiliate program or your breach of these terms.
5.2. Disclaimer: We make no express or implied warranties with respect to the program or the products sold through the program. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
6.1. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Termination by You: You may terminate your affiliate partnership at any time by notifying us through the Awin platform.
6.3. Post-Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all of our assets from your websites or platforms.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Modifications: We may modify these terms at any time by updating this document. Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7.2. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
