1. Overview
The Breathe Affiliate Program (the “Program”) is managed via AWIN and allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by referring new customers to Breathe. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must:
Operate a website, platform, or audience relevant to HR, business operations, or SaaS solutions.
Comply with all applicable laws and AWIN’s network policies.
Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or spam-based promotional methods.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn £50 fixed rate per qualified sign-up to a 2-week free trial.
A “qualified sale” is defined as a new Breathe customer who signs up for a free trial via the Affiliate’s unique AWIN tracking link.
Commissions are validated and paid via the AWIN network after a 60-day validation period to account for cancellations or refunds.
4. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Breathe using:
AWIN-provided creative assets and links.
Their own original content, provided it is accurate and compliant with brand guidelines.
Affiliates may not:
Use paid search bidding on “Breathe” brand terms or close variants.
Impersonate Breathe or mislead users.
Use cookie stuffing or any form of tracking manipulation.
5. Brand Guidelines
Always refer to the company as “Breathe HR” or “Breathe”
Use approved logos and messaging provided within AWIN’s creative suite.
Do not alter logos, imagery, or copy without prior written consent.
6. Program Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. Affiliates will be notified via AWIN of any material changes.
