KOUREE Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
By joining the KOUREE Affiliate Programme on AWIN, you agree to the following terms:
Commission & Tracking
Standard commission rate: 10% on approved net sales (excl. VAT, shipping, and returns).
Cookie length: 30 days.
Average order value (AOV): approx. £150.
Transactions are validated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote KOUREE using only approved banners, text links, and creative provided via AWIN, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Affiliates must not use misleading or inaccurate claims about KOUREE or its products.
Email marketing activity must comply with GDPR and all relevant data protection laws.
Paid Search & PPC
Bidding on KOUREE brand terms, brand misspellings, or domain names (e.g. “Kouree”, “Kouree jewellery”, “Kouree.com”) is strictly prohibited.
Direct linking to KOUREE.com from paid search ads is not permitted.
Affiliates must add KOUREE brand terms as negative keywords in PPC campaigns.
Discount & Voucher Codes
Only codes provided via AWIN or agreed directly with KOUREE are permitted.
Use of unauthorised voucher codes will result in declined commission.
Affiliates must not promote expired or misleading offers.
Domain & Brand Protection
Use of the KOUREE brand name in domain names, social media handles, or profiles is prohibited.
Affiliates must not impersonate KOUREE or misrepresent an official partnership.
Content & Placement
Affiliates may not promote KOUREE on sites containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
Cashback, voucher code aggregation, points, rewards, or loyalty-based affiliates are not permitted within the KOUREE Affiliate Programme.
Any sales generated via these channels will be declined.
KOUREE reserves the right to remove affiliates engaging in cashback or loyalty activity without notice.
Toolbars, adware, and cookie stuffing are strictly prohibited.
Programme Management
KOUREE reserves the right to amend commission rates, cookie duration, or programme structure with reasonable notice via AWIN.
KOUREE reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission in cases of fraudulent, cancelled, or returned orders.
