Premium reusable flameless electric hookah hardware + durable accessories only. No sale or promotion of tobacco, nicotine, e‑liquids, herbal molasses, CBD, THC, charcoal, or other regulated consumables. Present strictly as hardware / lifestyle product.
Commission
12-15% on Net Merchandise Value (order total minus VAT/sales tax, shipping, duties, gift cards, discounts, returns). No commission on canceled, refunded, fraudulent, test, or self‑purchase orders (unless pre‑approved).
Tracking & Lock
30‑day last‑click (standard AWIN). Orders lock after 30 days for return/fraud review; partial returns pro‑rated; full returns reversed. Disputes: submit within 30 days of month end (must include click/order IDs).
New Customer Code
welcome15 = 15% off first order (non‑stackable; not valid on excluded limited editions or already discounted bundles). Do not alter or invent codes. Unauthorized/expired/guessed codes → reversal.
Content & Compliance
Adult audience only (18+/21+ per law). No youth imagery, medical/health claims (“healthy,” “risk‑free,” etc.) or terms: vape, vaping, cigarette, e‑cigarette, tobacco replacement, nicotine/CBD/THC. Allowed factual claims: flameless electric heating; no charcoal; ~5‑minute preheat; portable; LED ambiance. No visuals of combustion or controlled substances.
Voucher / Coupon Policy
Only publish codes we list (currently welcome15). No scraping, gating with forced clicks, stacking, or code guess pages.
Prohibited Traffic / Tactics
No adware, toolbars, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, push abuse, spam email/SMS, bots, fake leads, undisclosed sub‑affiliates, arbitrary media-buy masked as “content.” Provide placement transparency on request.
IP & Assets
Use our trademarks/creative only as provided; remove upon termination. No alteration beyond size/crop.
Enforcement
We may audit traffic, code use, paid search. Breach, fraud, excessive unauthorized code usage (>10% of monthly attributed sales) → adjustments, suspension, or termination.
Changes & Termination
Terms or rates may change with 7 days’ notice (immediate for compliance/legal issues). Termination requires immediate removal of links/codes. Locked validated commissions are paid normally.
