Affiliate Service Agreement – Fetch Happy Store
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Fetch Happy Store (“Fetch Happy Store”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the AWIN Service as an Affiliate.
Summary of Terms
You may place Fetch Happy Store banners or links on your site as you see fit, or include them in non-spam email campaigns.
Adult, hate, offensive, or inappropriate content sites are not allowed.
You cannot link directly to FetchHappyStore.com outside of the AWIN platform.
All product links must be pulled from the AWIN feed or Offer section; using unauthorized links may result in declined commissions.
Content containing our links must be written in English.
Prior approval is required for any email marketing.
Affiliates may place banners/links within newsletters, website content, or other web-related content.
Not Allowed
Any “desktop” advertising scheme using 3rd-party software or popups.
Displaying a merchant window without a direct click from the user.
Fraudulent behavior (robots, scripts, iframes, manual refreshing to generate commissions). Fraud will result in termination and forfeited commissions.
Email Contact
We reserve the right to contact you via email regarding updates, changes, or relevant information about the program.
Changes to the Service
We may change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. In the event of a material change, we will notify you via email or newsletter at least 30 days prior to changes taking effect. You may withdraw if you do not accept changes.
Cookies
Fetch Happy Store operates a 30-day cookie policy.
Privacy Policy
Fetch Happy Store respects user privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent. Questions may be directed to: affiliates@fetchhappystore.com.
Prohibited Activities
1. Pay Per Click (PPC) Search Activity
Affiliates are not permitted to run PPC campaigns directing traffic to FetchHappyStore.com. Violations may result in termination and voided commissions.
Using “Fetch Happy Store” or “Completely Calm” in subfolders of display URLs – Not Allowed
Using brand terms in subdomains – Not Allowed
Using brand terms in ad titles – Not Allowed
Bidding on brand terms “Fetch Happy Store” or “Completely Calm” – Not Allowed
Advertising directly “as” Fetch Happy Store – Not Allowed
Running competitor-targeted ads with our brand terms – Not Allowed
2. Advertising as Fetch Happy Store
Publishers may not impersonate or advertise themselves as Fetch Happy Store.
3. Discount Code / Voucher Websites
Affiliates may not display fake, expired, or unauthorized discount codes.
Any attempt to set cookies through iFrames or hidden redirects is strictly prohibited.
Coupon/deal affiliates may participate only if they promote valid codes issued by Fetch Happy Store through AWIN.
4. Email Marketing
All email campaigns must receive prior written approval from Fetch Happy Store.
5. Wholesale / Retail Listings
Affiliates may not represent Fetch Happy Store products as wholesale, bulk, or B2B offers on third-party platforms (e.g., Faire, Abound, inStorify, or similar). Affiliates may not list or resell Fetch Happy Store products as if they were authorized wholesalers, distributors, or retail storefronts. Any violation will result in immediate termination and forfeited commissions.
6. Influencer & Social Media Guidelines
Affiliates promoting Fetch Happy Store via blogs, social media, or influencer channels must comply with FTC disclosure requirements, clearly stating the affiliate relationship (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or “I may earn a commission”).
Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Fetch Happy Store products. Health, wellness, or veterinary-related statements must align with the official product descriptions provided.
Affiliates must not position themselves as veterinarians, certified behaviorists, or employees of Fetch Happy Store unless explicitly authorized.
Content must maintain a positive, family-friendly tone consistent with the Fetch Happy Store brand.
7. Termination & Compliance
Fetch Happy Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion if the affiliate engages in conduct that:
Violates the terms of this Agreement,
Damages or could reasonably damage the reputation of Fetch Happy Store,
Misrepresents the brand, products, or affiliate relationship,
Violates applicable laws, advertising standards, or FTC disclosure requirements.
In such cases, any unpaid commissions may be withheld and the affiliate’s participation in the program will be permanently revoked.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter creative assets provided through AWIN. Do not hardcode banners unless you have approval, as updates may be required.
Affiliate Payment
Commissions are approved once an order has been placed, processed, and confirmed by Fetch Happy Store.
All transactions are tracked within AWIN.
Commissions are paid within the standard AWIN payout cycle.
