Linking Methods and Creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate Window interface.
Affiliates are requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so that any creative updates can take immediate effect.
Use of Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the LloydsPharmacy affiliate programme.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed alongside the code, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.
Any affiliate displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the programme.
Email Marketing
Affiliates must use the html email creatives provided by LloydsPharmacy.
Any alterations to advert copy must be approved by LloydsPharmacy.
Paid Search
LloydsPharmacy operate a strict policy on paid search activity. These terms and conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to search engines, content networks and social network ad placements.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches. Example: Lloyds Pharmacy, LloydsPharmacyShop, shop.lloydspharmacy
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches. Example: Lloyds Pharmacy Shop, shop.lloydspharmacy.com.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on extended or hybrid brand searches. Examples, LloydsPharmacy Offers, Lloyds Pharmacy Shop Voucher Code, shop.lloydspharmacy.co.uk promotional code.
Affiliates are not permitted to use the LloydsPharmacy trademark in any paid search activity, whether this is in advert text, copy or display URL's.
Affiliates must negative match the Lloyds Pharmacy brand name in any terms associated with voucher codes, discount codes and any other variations of these terms.
Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the LloydsPharmacy website, this includes using the LloydsPharmacy website as a display URL.
Affiliates must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a webpage. Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder. Examples: shop.lloydspharmacy.co.uk, lloydspharmacy.affiliatesite.com, affiliatesite.co.uk/lloydspharmacy
Anyone found infringing on these terms and conditions will be contacted by LloydsPharmacy or Affiliate Window. Please note anyone found contravening these Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.
