Brand Identity

Do Not Use: Misspellings, abbreviations, or altered versions of the brand name

Tone & Voice: Wild, Clever/Witty, Bold and Lively; Premium but approachable

 Logo & Creative Use

Affiliates may only use approved logos, images, and banners provided in the AWIN creative library.

Do not alter logos, stretch images, or create your own lockups.

Do not use Wild Fox branding in ways that imply you are the official store unless explicitly approved.

 Paid Search & PPC Policy

Allowed: PPC campaigns on generic keywords (e.g., “protein bars,” “healthy trail mix”).

Not Allowed: Bidding on “Wild Fox,” “Wild Fox Foods,” or any close variations/misspellings; Using “Wild Fox” in ad copy, titles, or display URLs; Bidding on “Wild Fox + coupon/deals” searches

Negative Keywords: You must add “Wild Fox” and variations to your negative keyword list.

 

Shopping Ads & CSS

Affiliates may run Shopping Ads (Google/Bing) on non-brand keywords only.

Direct linking is permitted for non-brand terms.

Brand terms and brand+modifier terms are restricted to Wild Fox only.

CSS campaigns must be run through a designated publisher account.

 

Content & Messaging

Focus on category storytelling: adventure snacks, trail mixes, protein-packed energy, better-for-you food.

Highlight product benefits: gluten-free, high protein, convenient for outdoors/active lifestyles.

Do not make unapproved health claims.

 

Commission Structure & Exclusions

Commissionable Value: Product sales only (excludes VAT/sales tax, shipping, fees, gift wrapping).

No Commission On: Orders canceled, returned, or refunded; Fraudulent or duplicate orders; Breach of program terms (e.g., brand bidding)

 Creative & Offers

Affiliates should only promote active offers supplied by Wild Fox.

Do not create unauthorized coupon codes.

Expired offers must be removed immediately.
