These terms are between you and Scarlett Chase. By joining this Affiliate Marketing Program, you accept:
Use of materials:
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative, images or text links available through the Awin interface. Any Affiliate infringing this term will receive a warning and Scarlett Chase reserves the right to reverse commissions in such a scenario. Continuous infringement of this term will result in suspension of the Affiliate.
Affiliate Approvals:
All affiliates are audited on sign up to ensure brand compliance. Scarlett Chase reserves the right to reject any Affiliates with full discretion.
Returned Goods:
All commissions will be validated on a 45 day period and Scarlett Chase reserves the right to claim back commission on all returned goods.
Pre Ordered Goods:
Commission is available on pre-ordered items, however please note that eligibility will be based on delivery and retention of the purchased style(s). Pre-ordered styles that are returned will be deemed invalid for commission.
Estimated Delivery Times and Fees:
USA & EU Orders – Standard Shipping 5-7 working days – $20
Rest of the world – Standard Shipping 7-10 working days - Calculated at check-out
Return Policy:
All returns must be processed via our official returns & exchanges portal. We accept timely returns of new and unused products within 15 days from the date the order was delivered to you. Please note that we honor free returns for your first order with the brand, and all subsequent returns will be charged a $20 restocking fee to cover the costs of return shipping and handling. We also accept timely exchanges of new and unused products within 30 days from the date the order was delivered to you. Exchanges processed via our official portal have shipping and processing fees waived, if the product is kept.
All of our products will be delivered in our signature Scarlett Chase packaging. The products to be returned must be returned in a original, resalable condition and must not have signs of outdoor wear. All returns must be sent back in full original packaging. The product should be packaged without any damage to its original package and must be returned to the return address provided by Scarlett Chase. The return of products without any name and notification shall not be accepted.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Cancelled Orders:
Commissions associated with orders cancelled or returned by the customer during the refund period will be forfeited. Commissions will also be forfeited in the event of proven fraudulent activity and/or customer refund requests.
Unacceptable Promotion
Websites on which you promote our products must not be deals, auction, gaming, pornographic or counterfeit Scarlett Chase products. All loyalty/refund/coupon/discount sites must be of the highest quality and approved in advance by Scarlett Chase.
Affiliate Approvals
All affiliate applications are audited upon sign-up to ensure brand compliance.
Scarlett Chase reserves the right to approve or reject affiliates at its sole discretion.
Pricing and Order Fulfillment
In the event of information being published incorrectly, for example, a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, Scarlett Chase shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore, after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfillment process, and you are not able to cancel or adjust the order.
Content Guidelines
When working with Awin, Influencers or Social Media Publishers are required at the minimum to:

Breach of terms:
Scarlett Chase reserves the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
