Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote S.T. Dupont USA through the following channels:
- Lifestyle and fashion blogs or websites
- Luxury product review platforms
- Email newsletters (must be opt-in compliant)
- Social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Influencer and creator content
All content must accurately reflect the brand and uphold a premium, tasteful presentation.
Restricted Promotional Methods
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:
- Use of pay-per-click (PPC) bidding on branded terms (e.g., "S.T. Dupont") or misspellings
- Use of coupon or voucher codes not explicitly provided or approved by us
- Promotion via adult, violent, or offensive content
- Spam or unsolicited email marketing
- Any content that misrepresents S.T. Dupont, our pricing, or our products
- Usage of unauthorized brand assets or altering creative without approval

Commission & Cookie Policy
- Standard Commission: 10% of net sales (excluding VAT, shipping, returns)
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Commissions are only granted for completed and non-returned purchases
- Commission may be adjusted in cases of fraudulent, refunded, or cancelled transactions
Product & Brand Guidelines
S.T. Dupont is a luxury brand. We expect affiliates to maintain a high standard of branding, tone, and aesthetic that matches our premium positioning.
Do not:
- Misprice or misrepresent products
- Use outdated or altered logos, photography, or branding
- Make unsupported claims about exclusivity or guarantees
Payments
All commissions and payouts are managed directly by AWIN in accordance with their payment schedules. S.T. Dupont is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect affiliate information or AWIN processing.
Compliance & Termination
We reserve the right to review and remove any affiliate at our discretion if the terms above are violated or if a partnership no longer aligns with our brand.
We perform regular audits of affiliate content to ensure compliance and quality.
